NO MOTOR VEHICLES AT THE BEACH!!!

These pictures are from the lower association, taken on two different days. Erwin was at the beach and saw the first tracks. Whoever did this should have known that the ground is too soft. Things do not start firming up until around June. 

Whoever did this should come forward, or if you know who did this please report this to your board.

This should not be an Association repair cost!

 
This also puts the association at big liability risk, as someone could be injured when the ground firms up and someone steps in a hole.
