-Approve 2/20/2024 prior board meeting minutes 
-Sprinkler system update 
-We need new underground wires from the PSE pole to our meter box approximately 2’ deep, 60’ long ditch.   
Staudt Electrical 
$8,750 + tax approved 
Dane is the lead and will schedule. 
-Darrin Schoeneman volunteered and did some electrical work at the monuments, we need to reimburse him for the parts, send a big thank you for lighting repair 
-Dane to check with the Valor Soccer League about using out park 
-SB5796 / Corporate Transparency Act – Eydie: to be reviewed at our next meeting 
-20665 arborvitaes removed at the lower monument, Rain City broke a sprinkler pipe 
-Brightview bid of $1,228.05 to remove dead trees/shrubs at monument signs. Eydie to check with another landscaper for a bid as the Brightview bid appears too much. Eydie to create an issue and attach the other bid 
-Marc approved to spend up to $750 for plants for the lower monument.  The board will complete the install.

Issues pending votes:  
21299 late fee waiver - APPROVED 
15131 Turf renovation bid from Brightview and Rain City, we agreed to get the sprinklers and landscaping repaired and them we can move on to turf renovation – ON HOLD 
15127 Noxious plant removal on SE 244th St, we saved money in the reserves for this project, we only have one quote from Brightview for $11,200, need to clear out ivy and blackberry, need city approval for this work as it is a native growth protected area, Dane to contact the city about doing some work in this area, Amy Taylor is the city contact person, board to explore doing tree rings – ON HOLD 
15128 French drain installation at park, $11,616 Brightview bid, review in the fall - ON HOLD 
 
 
Budget reviewed 
We are overbudget on bark and play chips from the operations budget.  However, we had previously overbudgeted in reserves for these expenses.  The board agreed to approve paying for this expense in full from reserves.   
10882 - We discussed unpaid dues from one homeowner.  Eydie is sending notices.   If she doesn’t respond, Eydie to send a lien and collection notice.  We can then consider sending to an attorney.
