- Tim’s Landscaping
- HOA to request larger mulch/bark next year. The smaller/finer bark was impacted by weather more than expected.
- Request Quote in Winter to take advantage of discount.
- Homeowner requested bushes at entrance of neighborhood (looking uphill) be trimmed to relocated to help increase sight distance when existing the neighborhood.
- Doug to contact Tim’s Landscape to remediate. We may look at relocating bushes in a few weeks when the weather will support new growth.

- CC&R Amendment Progress
- The Board will consider revisions to Article XII Section 8 – Garbage and Refuse and Article XII Section 20 – Gardens, Play Equipment, Sport Courts, Pools, Spas and Basketball Standards.
- Enforcement of basketball hoop and garbage cans standards will remain on hold though June 2023 pending the outcome of the official vote from homeowners.
- Doug to add comments and recirculate with the board prior to sending to the Attorney.

- New options to see open issues by lot on website to support inspections.
- Community Security
- Discussed potential solutions including: http://www.flocksafety.com/
- Based on current laws, systems similar to Flock Safety are not enforceable by law enforcement.
- Gate systems are not realistic as it would require the HOA to purchase and maintain the street and all utilities within the neighborhood.
- Matt to look into block watch as a future option.
- Preparation for Yearly HOA Meeting (December)
- Eydie to draft budget for approval – for Board on 10/30.
- Meeting will be held via Webex.
