- Board held a meeting to review proposals from The Management Trust and HOA Community Solutions, LLC and discussed each proposal's pros and cons in order to vote on which management company to proceed with. MSP Motion to approve The Management Trust by Laura, 2nd by Christy, passed unanimously.
4) Next BOD Meeting: Dec 5, 2022, occurs after the Annual meeting
5) Next Annual HOA meeting is December 5, 2022, at 630pm
6) Motion to Adjourn Regular Meeting MSP Motion to adjourn by 6:44 pm, passed unanimously.
