1) Call Meeting to Order 6:30pm via WebEx

2) Attendance and verification of quorum

2 of board members present: Tatyana Zhuravlev, and Ben Chan, (Estela Duran absent); HOA manager- Eydie Leighty 

3) Reading/Approval of Minutes from 5/16/22 was repeated even though it was ratified earlier in Nov between meetings, Tatyana motioned to approve, Ben seconded; also issues between 5/17/22-11/20/22, all were ratified unanimously

17847: Renew Tim's 2023 maintenance contract with cost increase
