- Move money into reserves at end of year for resale contributions (currently at $9500 will be more at year end, there is still two months of reserves contributions at $15,100 each to transfer in)- MSP Motion to approve by Laura, 2nd by Amanda, passed unanimously.
- The monuments on the main entrance in were cleaned accidentally in August in lieu of another HOA who ordered it at $495, the vendor made a mistake and did ours which was discussed and recommended by Don but never voted on. Do we want to pay the vendor? VOTE FAILED
