Online payments: 
Once you are registered (www.livingatbridges.org/register), you will be able to pay by PayPal in your account tab. Alternatively you can find the ACH form on the home page, print it out, fill it out and mail it to set up automatic quarterly payments.

Payments Via Check: If you prefer to mail a check for your assessments or have your banking institution send a check on your behalf (bill payer and other services), please make your payments payable to: Living at Bridges HOA and the payment must include your account number (located in your online account and int he welcome letter we sent you, it is also your king county tax parcel number). Please keep in mind that assessment payments are due by the 1st of the quarter so planning in advance for mailing time is necessary to avoid future late fees. There is a 15-day grace period, late charges are assessed on the 15th if payment is not received before then.

Payment coupons and notification of dues and payment dates are sent out prior to the beginning of each budget year.
