- (Exec session for potential builder lawsuit regarding damages for delayed projects to avoid shortfall payments like barking 118th not done under bond, 2019 and 19 audits, parking postcard costs agreed to in mtg. minutes, tree replacements over 2 yrs old, fence on 124th 4 yrs, catch basins 4 years, Cabana repairs never done. Slide area not done properly the first time.)
