1. Brian Heigh and fellow cul-de-sac owners request to move their cluster box location to their street at their expense.
2. Horseshoe pit discussion.

(Exec session for potential builder lawsuit regarding damages for delayed projects to avoid shortfall payments like barking 118th not done under bond, 2019 and 19 audits, parking postcard costs agreed to in mtg. minutes, tree replacements over 2 yrs old, fence on 124th 4 yrs, catch basins 4 years, Cabana repairs never done. Slide area not done properly the first time.)
4. Reimbursement to the Leighty's for 2 overnight mailings of checks to TMT
