Section 3.11 Fencing Specifications "The fence may be left natural. It is recommended to stain the fence to extend the life of the fence. A natural color is recommended such as a stain that is 1/2 Cedar and 1/2 Clear color. An ACC Application is required for stain color that is not stated explicitly in Exhibit A."
STAIN SPECS - Fence to be left natural or stained with Rodda Paint - Rural Manor (1/2 cedar; 1/2 clear) semi-transparent.
